If your account is blocked or suspended, you will receive an email from Tophatter indicating the reason, along with required steps to take to have the suspension removed, if applicable.

Buyer accounts may be blocked:
 
  • If the account refund rate exceeds a threshold that has been determined to be excessive
  • If our support team has asked you to refrain from using racist, sexist or threatening language
  • For any violations of our Terms of Use
If you your account has been blocked, you will no longer be able to purchase items. You will still be able to view and track orders, in addition to managing your account for any other reason.
